To ensure that clients receive exactly the right level of dedicated service and property adjusting skills, we work within a formal licensing and qualifications system for all professional claims handling staff. Adjusters and claims advisors are licensed to one of five levels dependant on experience and qualification in appropriate disciplines. Our accreditation programme encourages, recognises and rewards technical skills, quality and service excellence. It provides claims handling staff and clients with clarity on personal authority levels and offers a system of personal development and career progression in conjunction with Crawford College, our in-house training facility. Used in parallel with appraisal and audit, property licensing assists in keeping our skills fully honed and market leading.
